Smart Bulb For A Smarter Life

This came on prime so it was fantastic. This product is brilliant (once setup) it was a bit difficult to pair with my WiFi this is a 2.4GHz product which my router detected and set to but my smartphone isn't and connected via the 5GHz setting so at first wouldn't link the bulb to the app after a little research I had to log in to my router hub and create a 2.4GHz band ssid (check your manufacturers site how to do this) then reconnect my smartphone to this lower frequency band. After this being the most difficult part of the setup! Once that's done your good to go with lots of settings for the bulb it self now we also use Google home and in the bulb app SmartLife, it explains how to connect to the google home as well as Alexa functions are limited in the home devices from on/off, set brightness level and make it (pick a colour).

Back to the bulb and there is so much you can do and it's just a bulb lol set the mood set the temperature of the colour as well as a colour picker in the app so you can get it just the way you want this really is a fantastic product it has a hard metal casing with a white plastic dome. Overall I'm very impressed and will get more in the future as you can have multiple bulbs and with the home devices you can have them in every room. This is an alternative to the expensive counter parts.

Overall, I found this to be a great addition for Alexa, not particularly difficult to configure and simple to control, perfect!
