I love swimming and try to swim as much as i can , it helps me keep fit and with my daughter  learning to swim  I bought us 
 this kick board for us both to use,  the  U shaped training aid which i purchased from Verisa it is designed to target and tone the lower body. 
It's good quality just like the local swimmg pools use and it comes in a handy swim bag so it can be easily carried 
but obviously it's not heavy as its foam and made using Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) Durable high density construction that resists pool chemical bleaching, 
the holding is easy as it has 2 grip holes which also allow  different positions when training and it can help with leg strenght A brilliant price and 
valuable piece of swimming equiptment .
