Ceramic knife set

I was very happy with the colors of these knives, but I am even happier with the knives themselves. I already had a couple of ceramic knives I got at the grocery store.  I liked their sharpness but they are very flimsy and break if you try to cut anything hard with them.  These knives are much better, they cut a winter squash as easily as a tomato making them far more versatile and useful than the cheap ones I had.  The other issue that concerned me was grip.  Many knives, ceramic and otherwise, are hard to keep a good grip on them when either your hands or the handle are wet.  I have not had this problem with this set of knives.  The small raised pattern at the end of the blade also helps with keeping full control of the knives.  The only thing I can say I don’t like is the vegetable peeler, but that is probably due to the fact that I have never used vegetable peelers before at all.  It is probably fine for anyone who actually uses such peelers.
