I charged this up though it did have some charge in it. The light goes green when the pillow is fully charged. It is quite comfortable if you are one to fall asleep in a sitting type position.
It gets luke warm, not too hot but i will say I wish it got warm all around the neck area instead of just 2 small areas on the back side area of the neck, it would be so much better in my opinion.
