It was so simple to set up using the Smart Life Home app from the app store. Following the on screen instructions it was nice and easy and to the point. The LED lights are extremely bright. It was a breeze to set up to the Alexa app as well to work with my Amazon Echo Dot. One recommendation is when you initially set up the WIFI link unit, I would rename this to what you would be addressing it as from Alexa. i.e. rename it as LED so that it responds easier with a short name 'Alexa, turn LED to 50%'.
The LED strip comes with the adhesive sticker on the back of it and as mentioned the lights are really bright and i generally have them set at 60% and I have added this device in my Alexa app into the Bedroom group so that when I say 'Alexa, turn off Bedroom' it would turn off my Phillips Hue main bulb and also the LED strip together.
I highly recommend this product.
