I get headachs and my eyes get puffy and read when I am tired.  These mask have been wonderful and so easy to use.  Just open the package and place over eyes and fir the tabs over your ears, stays in place really well.  The start to get warm and steamy really fast and it feels so good.  They stay warm for a really long time.  They alsio smell great and give me a relaxing feeling.  I love them.  They give you a lavender warm steam over your eyes and face.
