I love this new termometer it works beautifully it was easy to calibrate and take temps accurately and when you open it it turns on and when you close it it turns off which is awesome no more worries about leaving it on or anything and the blue lcd light looks super kool and makes it easy to see the numbers on tge lcd screen this is definitely a great product for any cook.
