These grill mats are excellent! They clean up easily just wipe them off and, they are ready to go for the next time. They are also dishwasher safe. And, will work in the oven as well. The scissors that came with it are AWESOME!!! Very sturdy, heavy scissors that you can use to cut your chicken, or whatever else. They have a bottle cap opener at the bottom of them that is wonderful.
