I always use wooden spatulas. I bought these spatulas bcz my last set has started to break. This 4 spatulas set is great, as it has different sizes and shapes. I use small flat spatula for breakfast and the long one for making dinners. The wooden material is very smooth, after washing it in the dishwasher couple of times, its still the same, its a good quality overall.
