I absolutely love this shirt. The quality is fantastic! I use compression shirts after a large abdominal surgery. This shirt works fantastic. I also have been using it as a gym shirt. The only thing is that if you like it very snug than the size is perfect. I take an XL T-shirt and this shirt is an XL and it's pretty snug but I like it that way. If you don't like it snug than I would order a size up. I would highly recommend this shirt.
