I was so dang impressed with this toaster! Not only it is beautiful, but can paired to my old $7 toaster this thing of rocks! Or does it defrost function it has a bagel function. Cut bagels have no problem getting into this toaster. And I love the fact that you can easily adjust the heat. I know I can only give 5 stars but I wish I could get 10 star ! I will love this toster for years thank you
