Let me tell you all, I love this massage ball. It is the best. It is very versatile and durable. You can use it anywhere and at anytime. Imagine a good workout and then you go relax in the sauna for a while, you can break out this massage roller and it will absorb that same heat. Oh my goodness, that sounds amazing right. Not only that, you can put in the freezer for about 2 hours and it will remain a cold massage roller for about 6 hours. It is an amazing little thing and I have actually bought two. Of course two are always better than one.
