It does work pretty decently when you don't have someone to rub your back. Hahahaha, that sounds so sad. Anyway, it's nice, but I don't necessarily see the benefit in the different vibration patterns, and the operation isn't the most intuitive thing. But it works well and I like the adjustable stength,
