I’ve slept so well since day one of using this neck and shoulder pillow. I had been waking up with shoulder pain and even had a terrible pinched nerve one morning, it took about 2 months of physical therapy to relax to muscle around the nerve and get my range of motion back to normal. I bought this pillow in hopes of preventing another such injury. So far so good :)
