Exactly what my hubby needed

Light weight, very comfortable with the elastic. It is 2-in-1 shorts and very good for both running and gym. The cloth is very soft and feels no weight while working out and sweat resistant. I like the phone pocket which is very tight so it will not fall when running and it is designed at a comfortable. The phone holder is definitely a saver! He own a armband for the phone when I run but thats barely comfortable on the arms since it flexes when he run and can loosen the strap , sometimes causing it to fall off his arms. Definitely buying it in others colors.
