I had to install the drivers from the thumb drive but it works flawlessly. my other antenna was dropping on my alot and driving me crazy. so far this one has hit its mark and holds the signal very well even from ong disance in the house. i can even connect to my neighbors wifi to use his printer and hes 2 houses away. all in all im very pleased. also the thumb drive is only liek 256mbs so dont think your getting something you can use.
