This is a very nice meat cleaver. It has a sharp edge, does it's job and the handle is easy grip. This is going to see a lot of use here in our house. The one thing that it is intended for here is after hunting to clean and cut our own meat. It was used this weekend for squash and watermelon, so easy to use and clean up.
