This stand is a really nice quality product but the bag had broken on the inside that held the installation accessories. We found the allen wrench on the stairs leading up to where the delivery driver had left the package. We also found some loose screws inside the box. My husband was able to take the screws we had along with the assembly instructions to the hardware store to order what we needed to put this desk together. Much easier than the hassel of returning this big, heavy package. Will update post once we get the parts and get it assembled.
