What's with the boobs?

I read it in the reviews, but decided I'd give it a shot for myself and see if it really is as big (or, in this case, little) of a problem as people said it was: What's up with the tiny boob cups? The bottom fits me true to size; the waist fits fine, but there is no conceivable way I could fit my boobs into this thing. Even if I allow for some underboob, it's just.... It's not happening. I'd get arrested. I'll try removing the padding, but I don't think it's going to help that much. It's a cute suit, but I mean, I can't wear it, lol.
