The quality is food grade silicone so it's safe for little kids putting it into their mouths. It's also a great toy to relieve stress in one's life. I find it sort of on the way of popping those plastic padded sheets that come inside of packages. But this one is safer and much friendlier to use. You pop one side that's up and it makes a little popping sound then when all the bumps are popped you flip it over and repop the other side.
