I like that I can track my steps. And sync up with my phone. The band doesn't irritate my skind which is a plus for me. So glad I got this. Will deffinently help me meet my step goals each day. It is a bit confusing on how to use the other features but I really only wanted for steps so that isn't a huge deal for me.
