Item Looks Awesome on the site

The item Looks Awesome, but I doubt it will arrive by Christmas. This has happened with so many items shipped from China. The problem is, by the time the item ever arrives, if it does, it's way too late to use it and there is no recourse on Amazon because the order was placed on November 9th and the longer it takes the less of a chance you have of getting a refund. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I really wanted to give this item as a gift, before Christmas, not after.
