cute novelty hat

This is a cute novelty hat. My head measures 22 inches and this hat was very snug on my head. I had a hard time getting it to stay on because it didn't fit properly. My 7 year old daughter could wear it. The legs also flop over, cross and don't stand upright. The hat come with two felt slap bracelets that light up. There is one Santa and one reindeer bracelet. These bracelets are not the greatest quality. The reindeer bracelet was not properly glued and the light assembly was sticking out so be cautious that young children should not have access to the bracelets.
