Takes a while to get the creases out.

I have had this rug now a couple of weeks and didn't want to write a review until I knew whether the creases would come out! On delivery it came vacuum packed and the creases were atrocious, I honestly thought there was no chance of them coming out and I was partly right. After 2 weeks of laying it out and hoping, some of the creases were still there, so I layed it upside down placed a towel over it and ironed it on a low setting, now the creases have gone and the rug does look lovely.

It is lovely and soft and feels great under the feet, easy to clean just pick it up and shake it off or quickly put the hoover over it. Nice and fluffy no patches of baldness and a good size. Also has rubber backing which is ideal when you have 3 dogs like myself.

Would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't arrived the way it did, would have been nice just to use it on delivery rather than faff about ironing it. All in all a lovely rug, worth the money.
