I'm not a new mom but I've had 3 cesarean sections for my kids ages 4, 5 and 14. Even after all this time I have so much pain from all the incisions and scar tissue. Besides that, my muscles never quite went back right after the last child....
This belt gives great support for those painful times and is also helping pull my abdominal muscles back together while using with my workout plan to correct the distassi recti issue.
The only thing I wish is it was a LITTLE bit longer. The quality and construction are awesome - well made and strong. Easy to put on and use - I've used it under and over my clothes
