I love this whetstone sharpener and the bamboo base. Definitely worth every penny. Great quality and very durable. I have several knife sharpeners including an electric one and none of them get my knives as sharp as this whetstone does. I could see a big improvement in the sharpness with my first swipe on the whetstone. I have literally sharpened every single knife I could find. So glad I bought this. Would absolutely recommend.
