The reflective band helps you keep an eye on where your dog is, and helps cats spot them more easily as well. These collars are made from a soft nylon material, but is tough and durable. It features a locking switch so that once it is engaged, the prongs cannot be opened on the collar. It is well made and affordable, and I am so glad I was able to try one!
