This lanyard is great to assist me in holding my mask around my neck instead of pulling it down below my chin and hurting my ears.
It is very easy to adjust. You can adjust it from 1 inch to 11 1/2 inches. I do wish it was just an inch or two longer. It is very light in weight, I do not even feel it at all.
I do highly recommend this lanyard, it will save your ears.
