was easy to use although it took a minute to figure out how the red rings went on the silicone cups. My first batch using egg beaters stuck but the next batch I lightly sprayed the cups with cooking spray and the eggs just slide right out like the commercials. Easy to use and store the eggs in and just grab and go for a quick snack
