This is one of the best ides'a yet ! So easy to use and the flat end cutting board is wonderful especially when your cutting meat as it allows you to cut through and have uniformity if making cubed meat !! The only this is the spring in the center comes off track occassionally but its an easy fix to just push it in. All in all its a wonderful knife !!
