Very comfortable. I used to get the ones that only cover the back of the heel and this one makes more sense. Gives your heel support which is great if you have heel spurs. It’s comfy and the cushion is great. The only warning I would give is that if your shoes fit ‘perfectly’ you may want to size up. I wear size 6 and it made the shoe kinda tight, but worked fine for the heels that are 6.5. I even use them in my boots which are hard on the back of my Achilles
