Not as advertised

So I got these masks for the same reason as everyone else in the world right now trying to do my part in flattening the curve however I was either sent the wrong item or they are advertising it wrong.

I ordered a 6 pack of washable reusable masks and received, 6 disposable masks which is ok but the material is thinner than my thinnest tshirt and doesn't comfortably fit anyone other than small children.  I tried putting one on and an ear strap broke then let my girlfriend try and same thing happened. Even if I was extremely careful and handwashed the masks I feel the quality is so bad they would fall apart.  

I guess some redeeming features are that they do fit kids well unlike most masks so thats a plus, they are easy to breathe in and don't itch but that's about all I can say. 

Overall if I was sent the wrong item then fine but as these were advertised as washable and reusable I just can't advise getting them if that's what you need.
