One of the best features about this set is that is it rechargable by a usb. So not only can it be used and charged on the go but you save a lot of money by not having to buy batteries. The second best feature is the remote. You can use this on the go and not have to worry about removing it. If you are using it to highten your sex life then the remote makes it so much easier for your partner to assist. The 10 settings are perfect so that it can be adjusted to all levels. Beginners beware becuase this set is rated for those that have already had experience and it is pretty powerful. Start out slow and work your way up. This set is pretty complete. It comes with a lighter ball, a heavier double ball set, and a vibrating set. The lighter, beginner ball, is even a bit larger making it easier to keep in and feel if you are new to kegel balls. Obviously as you advance, you move up. This set is completely silicone so it is comfortable and easy to wash. The remote uses a watch battery that is included so should last a while. Overall for the price you are getting a great product.
