I have not completely had the opportunity to test this product I have the opportunity to experience its full potential. I live in an area with seasonal changes some of which do not allow you to open your home to the elements. What I can say that I have experienced this far is all very positive. The screen is constructed well. the measurements seemed very accurate. The magnetic closure is A plus as it allows for hands-free operation. Screening is very tight which is fantastic as it will not allow many unwanted varieties of insects into the environment. This conveniently allows the consumer to not have to make any permanent changes to the home which is great for renters! I truly look forward to having the opportunity to continue to test this product As the upcoming season allows.
