Great to keep myself accountable for weight loss!

I decided to finally tackle my last demon (I beat breast cancer and quit smoking 8 1/2 years ago) which has been the battle of the bulge. I decided to go on a ketogenic diet and was looking for a way I could keep myself accountable.  I found it with this Smart Retractable Body Tape Measure by #VOLADOR. This can help you keep track of inches lost ( or gained if trying to gain weight) via an app. Very easy to use and it does help keep myself accountable! I like the digital readout and the app graphs how I'm doing do I can actually see my weightloss progress via inches. Losing weight is nice but losing inches is where I can actually see and feel the difference. At $25 99 it's a good price for what it does. I highly recommend this.
