Love the size and functionality. Love the drop cover to hide my messy shoes.
The color is ok, dull, but at least it matches almost anything.
Putting the system together was daunting. But the instructions got me through.
Now the part I hate - the poles are flimsy if we put any weight on them.
You can set stuff on the shelving area just fine, but don't lean on it, set anything heavy on it, or push any furniture against it. The poles will bend easily.
