These spatulas are perfect for getting the last little bit of food out of the containers. I cleaned out a honey container today by simply scraping it out and not having to melt the last bit in the microwave to get it out. They are also good for mixing while I am preparing dinner. I love their bright colors because I can quickly find a spatula in the crowded kitchen drawer when I need it.
