Great for dandruff removal

I bought this for my son who has a horrible case of dandruff. Luckily the pink color doesn't bother him  and he was more than willing to give it a try. After lathering his hair with dandruff shampoo, he used the scalp brush to scrub his head, removing most of the dead, flaky skin. After his shower, the amount of dandruff he had was remarkably less. Hopefully this will help him look better throughout the day by not having flakes all over his shoulders and upper back.

I can't remark on the other brush as I didn't buy this set for it and have no use for it, however the dandruff brush alone was worth the purchase price.
