This set of whisks are okay for light duty whisking only. They are very flexible and bend very easy. I bought them to use in a set of ceramic cookware that I own, as I can't use a metal whisk for fear of scratching it. These would not be good to use with any sort of thick batter, but will work nicely for whisking eggs and gravies. #rankboosterrevbiew #sponsored #monhauke
