This asmeten chef knife is amazing. The high carbon steel the knife is made from is absolutely beautiful and unique. The handle is not only gorgeous but it fits so perfectly in your hand. The balance of the nice is right on point. It is so sharp you're able to cut through pork shoulder and other big meats with ease. And the carbon steel is very high quality it will last a lifetime and for the price its definitely a steal. Overall great buy and I highly recommend.
