I'm not sure if I have plantar fasciitis but my feet hurt quitea lot. These insoles seem to help ease my pain and I am able to stay on my feet longer. I wear anywhere from 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 and these fit perfectly in several different pairs of shoes. I can tell the difference when I don't wear these.
