Simple instructions, easy phone app download. Tracking my steps, running, and swimmming. It even sends me notifications that my phone gets if it is not around me. I love that I can find out my haert rate adn blood pressure throughout the day. Slim watch so it doesn't bother my wrist and I love that it is completely adjustable, because I have small wrists and the holes usually put in watches are always too big.
