I wasn't sure about this. I have always thought that more support on my head and the ability to stretch (gently) my neck would be beneficial for my headaches. I decided to get this to try it out and I'm so glad that I did. This traction device is absolutely awesome. You completely control the pressure that you use and it feels amazing when you get it right where it is perfectly set for your neck/head. Best headache relieve I have ever had!!!!
