I am not sure why nothing has as cards on them anymore. My son had a project that he had to use a digital camera. The only problem we had nothing to use to get the pictures off the sad card. So I bought this card reader so he could download his pictures to his iPhone and then save them accordingly. I love that we don’t have to use a computer to download pictures. I also love that it has multiple slots for different cards.
