I have been adding a scoop of this collagen powder to my water bottle every morning since I received it to help with my skin and hair. It does not change the taste of my water and mixes in well. I like that this includes all 5 types of collagen peptides in this one container.  The jar has a 30 day supply if using one scoop daily or 15 days if using 2 scoops a day.
