The cord is nice and thick, I will say that some people may think that the cable is too thick but because I carry this around all the time with my laptop I think its perfect.

I got this to use with my MacBook Pro. It if very well made and I think it will hold up for a long time. The cord is nice and thick, I will say that some people may think that the cable is too thick but because I carry this around all the time with my laptop I think its perfect. I plug my XBOX One controller into so I can just put it down anywhere and not have to worry about the adapter hanging 5 inches out of the side of the port. It also minimizes the chance of damaging it.
