When I wear this, it fits under my clothes easily and is not noticed by anybody. I usually don't sweat. However, when I wear this thing, I really, really do sweat. It is amazing. I really feel like it is doing it's intended purpose and can't wait to see the results! I love this thing and don't know how I lived without it. Before I got this one, I was wearing one of those wrap around things around my waist. Everybody noticed it and always asked me what it was when I wore it. ALso, the velcrow would rub on my skin and make a mark on me. This thing doesn't hurt me and even keeps me warm. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
