I've never actually owned any boxing equipment before but I got this for my husband and sons who love this kind of stuff. They seem to really be enjoying it and it's holding up very well to all of the physical abuse that it's taking from the three of them . It's really helping my youngest son to be more precise with his jabs and straight on hits. While protecting his dad and brother from the force of the blows.
