This strap is suppose to keep your kid's head up when they fall asleep in the car but for this to work you either have to get out and put it on when they fall asleep or have it on when you leave. I dont know about other kids but mine wouldnt leave this on the car seat when they are awake. Overall did nothing for us and would not suggest for others.
