~ What ~

~ Why ~
I am a big fan of anything made of silicone as it is easy to use. I eat a lot of eggs, especially hard boiled ones or those that are the muffin type with low carbs. I like that these are individual servings, so I do not waste food and only use the number of eggs needed. They are dishwasher safe too.

~ Why Not ~
Those who do not eat eggs will not need or want this item. Others may prefer to buy pre-boiled hard-boiled eggs. Some may think the individual cups are hard to maneuver as their bottoms are a bit flimsy, but they do have 4 prongs to stand upright. In testing them, I cooked 2 in boiled water and 1 in the microwave; all were not easy to remove with some egg left in the container.

~ Wish ~
I wish it was stated online and in the box if these can be put in the microwave (they seemed to do fine when I tried it). Instructions and tips on how to be sure they pop out easily and clean should be added in the box. In using silicone, I find usually it works great if vegetable oil is added so I will try that next time. Since Amazon shipped them in a bubble-wrap envelope, the box was heavily damaged, but the product was not.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a set of 6 individual egg cookers, this would be a viable choice if you could master how to cook and release eggs from them.
